October 27th, 2017 - On the occasion of the European Research Day and the brokerage event of the three-year work programme Horizon 2020 held at the Embassy of Italy, Mr. Chris Cheung, director of the EU SME Centre, and Sara Medina, ENRICH coordinator, signed a cooperation agreement. The EU SME Centre will be hosting the European Network of Research and Innovation Centres and Hubs, China project (ENRICH) at its facilities, starting from November.
Being listed on the Advisory Board of ENRICH, Mr. Cheung, will act as an advisor not only by ensuring synergies between ENRICH and the EU SME Centre but will also contribute to ENRICH thanks to his experience in managing EU projects and EU-China relations.
Funded by the European Research and Innovation Centre of Excellence in China (ERICENA) program, the ENRICH project offers services to connect European research, technology, and business organizations with three global frontrunner innovation markets: China, Brazil, and the USA. In other words, ENRICH is a global network of centres and hubs that promotes the internationalisation of European science, technology, and innovation (STI) by supporting and connecting European researchers and innovator. www.eucentres.eu/china/
